Credit Hound 6 Released

Draycir are delighted to announce the release of the latest version of Credit Hound (v6) to bring many exciting improvements to the well-loved advanced credit control software.

New look and feel
With a clean and simple design, the dashboard has been revamped allowing users to customise their view and move or resize widgets to improve visibility of the data most important to them.

Faster data synchronisation
With faster syncing with the connected ERP or Accounting System than ever before, it ensures real-time access to account data; including account balances, contact details and much more.

Improved user experience
Along with the new-look dashboard, users can see improvements in many other areas, including the revamped Accounts List and Aged Debt list. The new To-Do list replaces the calendar display to provide easy task management for credit control. Although if preferred, a calendar view of tasks is also available.

To-Do list
The To-Do list replaces the Diary management system within Credit Hound, but contains much of the same information as previously. It’s easy task management for credit control. To-Do tasks are colour-coded to easily define the type of task and can be re-assigned to a colleague to cover absence. 

Multi-user self chasing
Credit Hound now allows multiple users to run self-chasing using Windows user profiles. 

Scalable for any size organisation
As well as being an affordable solution for smaller businesses, Credit Hound has many features that are ideal for the needs of larger businesses, such as custom data fields and consolidated chasing.
