Running Spindle on Citrix Presentation Server

We have installed Sage and Spindle on our Citrix Server. We are able to run OK if we launch Sage from the desktop through Citrix, but cannot run it when we launch Sage as one of the published applications on the Citrix web page. The message we get is that the Spindle Professional monitor is not running.

Any ideas on this? We don't really want to allow full access to the users desktop for each user and only really want to present allowed applications to the user on Citrix.
