Following our long-standing relationship with Sage, we are pleased to announce we have joined Sage's new Partner Program as a Sage Platinum Developer Partner.

Spindle Document Distribution ensures that all outgoing documents (invoices, statements, credit notes, remittances and more) are distributed via email in batches using intelligent document distribution, helping to significantly save time and improve efficiencies. The addition of 'Pay Now' buttons on invoices can help to speed up payments.


Spindle Document Capture allows incoming documents to be captured and imported into Sage 200 for easy retrieval. Recent collaboration with IRIS (A Canon Company) has enabled invoice data capture into Sage 200. Spindle Purchase Invoice Recognition requires very little user involvement; purchase invoice data is extracted and using 3-way matching, it is verified at line-item against existing PO's and/or GRN's to ensure optimum accuracy.


Online self-serve portal


Spindle Self Serve offers a way for companies to launch an online portal that offers great flexibility to use internally for staff as well as externally for customer interactions. From the basics of the core module to view invoices and order history, companies have the option to extend its functionality with a range of additional modules, including promotions, online ordering, stock checker and proof of delivery (beta).


Advanced credit control


Credit Hound is advanced credit control software, helping businesses to automate day-to-day credit control tasks. It sends out automated reminders for invoices nearly due and overdue, shows a dashboard view of total debt and who owes money as well as a 'to-do' list of who to call to chase payments. Credit controllers using Credit Hound can work much more proactively and significantly improve cash flow by getting paid faster.
